This cooker can be used in rendering the futile in poultry,breeding and slaughter houses fish producing and for processing waste with no damage on mineral,chemical or protein compositions of the materials. The heat produced by gaseous or liquid burner is transferred to the outer wall by a hot-oil fluid. Pedals turn inside materials up and down so that a homogeneous heat distribution is resulted and a blower is installed on to exhausting moisture. The final product has a moisture content about three to eight percent and is ready to grind and packing. Electrical power required is 7.7 kw. The period of cooking and drying lasts four hours for each loading. Khazar Electric's cookers are designed and produced in different capacities ranging from one to four tons.
